The Utah Concealed Firearm Permit (CFP) class allows you to obtain a non-resident firearms permit issued by the state of Utah.
If you possess a Massachusetts LTC, the Utah Non-Resident permit will enable you to legally carry a concealed firearm in 35 different states due to reciprocity agreements.
NOTE: On the map it looks like 38, but three states - CO, MI, and PA grant reciprocity only to Utah resident permit holders. For all the other states that indicate "With Restrictions", the restriction is that the permit holder must be at least 21 years old.
The courses will be held at the MassGunOwnership.com classroom in Littleton, MA.
Joe Morgan of JM Instruction, LLC will be our guest instructor for this course. Joe is a former Federal Law Enforcement Officer, a current local area Police Detective, and possesses instructor credentials from the FBI, NRA and Massachusetts State Police.

Space in each class is limited, so we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy.

If you cancel your registration by the Tuesday before the scheduled class, we will either refund your tuition or move you to a class that better suits your schedule.
If you cancel your registration later than the Tuesday before the scheduled class, you will forfeit your tuition. No-shows will also forfeit their tuition.
